The strict instructions of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) gave many instructions to the state officials through video conferencing held at his government residence. These instructions have been given on the basis of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to extend the lockdown to May 3, 2020.

Chief Minister Yogi said that people of Tabligi Jamaat present in the state should be kept in quarantine continuously. Also, after finding the people of the hidden tabliagi Jamaat, appropriate action should be taken on them. All the officers of the district should work like a team.

The Chief Minister also directed to take all necessary steps to protect the corona warriors engaged in fighting the corona virus. He said that macro planning should be done by alerting the medical team in the hotspot areas of Corona. Door to door checking should be done in hotspot areas.


He instructed to give training to volunteers of NSS, NCC, Civil Defense, voluntary organizations for the battle of Corona. At the same time, he also gave instructions to strengthen the community kitchen system.

Sprayed in quarantine centers

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed to ensure spraying in the quarantine centers and said that proper arrangement of fans and light should be made in them. Special attention should be given to cleanliness and all the requirements of the people kept here should be ensured by completing social distancing. They should be monitored continuously.

He directed the people who have completed the 14-day quarantine to be sent to their homes and said that food grains should also be made available to such people as needed. Also, they should be monitored while instructing them to strictly follow social distancing.

The Chief Minister said that the 21-day lockdown implemented by the Prime Minister was ending tonight, but in view of its good results, it has been extended till May 3, 2020. He directed all the officials to implement the lockdown effectively in their respective districts.

 He said that there should be constant focus on social distancing and it should be implemented in any case. The identified hotspots should be sealed and all necessary arrangements should be ensured there. He said that the lockdown will continue unchanged. There will be no new activity.

Strict action against fraud and hoarding

The Chief Minister said that from April 15, 2020, the second phase of food grains distribution is commencing. In this, special attention should be paid to social distancing. Also, strict action should be taken against hoarding and hoarding. NSA and gangster should be imposed on such people.

He said that this is a time of disaster, in such a situation anti-social activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances. CM Yogi said that funds have been allocated by the state government to the poor sections of the society, workers etc. Therefore, it should be ensured that the banks do not get crowded. Social distancing remains in every situation. Also, the funds should be considered to be disbursed to the public through postmen and banking correspondents.

This was said about the farmers

The Chief Minister said that government procurement of wheat is starting from April 15, 2020. In view of this, all necessary arrangements should be ensured for the convenience of farmers. It should be ensured that farmers get minimum support price for their produce. The District Magistrate should also ensure that the designated officers are compulsorily present at the wheat purchasing centers. Social distancing should be ensured.

He said that in this season, straw is available in large quantities, so it can be collected easily. For the destitute cow dynasty, husk banks should be established through MNREGA laborers at the cow dynasty shelter sites. The Chief Minister directed that special campaign should be conducted against illegal liquor and poisonous liquor in all the districts. He said that action should be taken against people engaged in liquor smuggling and sale of illegal and poisonous liquor under NSA and Gangster Act.
